In this freelance assignment you will work as a **Personal Assistant **in the region of** Zaventem.**

You will work as a Personal Assistant on a full time basis. You are available on short notice for the period of 1 year.

Working through Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions means that you will keep your **flexibility** as a **Freelancer**, but will helped in your search for new assignments. Moreover, you can count on us to simplify your administration.

As a **Personal Assistant, **your job will consist of:

- Travel management (worldwide)
- Organise meetings worldwide, organise conf calls, book restaurants, taxis, prepare meeting minutes
- General administration: Correspondence, reports, mailings, payment requests, expense claims, ordering gadgets, etc.
- Handle incoming mail and phone calls
- Keep track of action items and make sure these are delivered by the deadline

**Profiel**

As a freelancer, you are eager to deepen or share your current expertise with companies.

Your background includes:

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree or you have already acquired relevant professional experience
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You can easily switch between software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
