**Over de organisatie**
Onze klant, een bedrijf dat actief is in de bouwsector en actief is op gebied van risiconormalisatie en kwaliteitscontrole, is op zoek naar een Talent Acquisition Specialist. Hun diepgaande, technische expertise en erkende onafhankelijkheid maken hen tot een betrouwbare partner. Je komt terecht in een HR-team met 2 HR-collega’s en je rapporteert aan de HR-BP.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rekruteren van nieuwe collega’s en het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van wervingsplannen. Je onderzoekt nieuwe bronnen om actieve en passieve kandidaten aan te werven en je bouwt zo jouw netwerk op via contacten in de industrie, lidmaatschappen van verenigingen, handelsgroepen, sociale media en werknemers om gekwalificeerde kandidaten te vinden. Je ontwikkelt en houdt meetbare facetten bij van het werving en selectie processen zodat die processen transparant en meetbaar zijn. Bovendien coördineer en implementeer je wervingsinitiatieven voor hogescholen en hou je de gegevens bij. Je organiseert daarbij ook de onboarding sessies in samenwerking met de personal assistant van de CEO.
**Jouw profiel**
Je beschikt over een Bachelor
- of Master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in human resources, meer specifiek in **full-cycle recruitment**, sourcing en employment branding. Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke en vooral communicatieve vaardigheden en een scherp oog voor getalenteerde mensen. Je beschikt over een goede kennis van **Nederlands, Frans en Engels. **Je werkt proactief, autonoom, probleemoplossend en bent positief ingesteld.
