Description
Le Talent Acquisition Specialist est chargé d'aider SECO à trouver et à conserver d'excellents employés et de mener à bien toutes les facettes du recrutement dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Le Talent Acquisition Specialist jouera un rôle essentiel en veillant à ce que nous recrutions les meilleurs talents possibles.

**Rôles et responsabilités**:

- Rechercher de nouveaux collègues;
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans de recrutement;
- Développer et suivre les aspects mesurables du processus de recrutement et d'embauche, afin que les processus soient transparents et mesurables;
- Coordonner et organiser des initiatives de recrutement au niveau des universités.
- Tâches administratives et mise à jour des dossiers
- Le Talent Acquisition Specialist travaillera ensemble avec le HR Business Partner chargé de la décision finale en matière de recrutement, d'évaluation, de formation, de développement, de contrats, de coaching, d'organisation...
- Organiser des sessions d'intégration en liaison avec l'assistante du CEO, des événements RH...

**Votre profil**:

- Excellente maîtrise du néerlandais, du français et de l'anglais;
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ou de master ou d'une expérience équivalente;
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines, avec une expérience confirmée en matière de recrutement, de sourcing et d'image de marque (1 ou 2 ans d'expérience dans le recrutement en entreprise de préférence);
- Attentif aux talents;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et surtout en matière de communication;
- Proactif, autonome, positif, capable de résoudre des problèmes.
