**Human Resources Specialist**

**What do you do during a day?**

**HR Specialist **for operational and administrative departments (both blue and white collar workers)
- First point of contact for employees for all HR matters such as career interruption, educational leave, training, payroll questions, career development, etc.
- Provide advice and support to management on all HR matters: especially improving quality of evaluations and training + other topics such as compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with line management on increasing employee engagement and reducing absenteeism

**Talent Management**
- Review job descriptions, map competency profiles, and roll-out a new talent management process
- Provide training to employees (e.g. on-boarding of new employees) and line management

**HR Administration**
- Prepare official HR documents such as: contracts and disciplinary correspondence.
- Report HR related data

**What skills do you need?**
- Bachelor Degree in HR related field
- Experience in a recruitment/HR role
- Excellent communication, admin, planning, organizational and prioritizing skills
- A flexible, friendly, professional and confident attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced and targeted environment
- Language skills in Dutch, French and English
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- High level of self-motivation
- Experience with the systems of SD Worx and/or Workday is an asset
- Drivers license
