**Over de organisatie**Onze klant, gesitueerd in **Diegem**, is een internationaal gekende speler in het financiële sector. Klantentevredenheid is één van de belangrijkste waarden van het bedrijf en de werknemers. Voor dit bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren L&D specialist die het HR-departement bestaande uit 4 collega’s zal vervoegen.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**Als **Learning & Development Specialist** sta je in voor de ontwikkeling, organisatie en coördinatie van opleidingen. Je bent de facilitator die ervoor zorgt dat zowel het management als de medewerkers met enthousiasme deelnemen aan trainings. Je zal de individuele trajecten van de werknemers uitstippelen. Je zal allerlei soorten opleidingen beheren zoals onder andere leiderschap, taalopleidingen, sectortechnische en IT-opleidingen (e-learning). Je zal je eigen budget opstellen en dit beheren. Daarnaast evalueer je de trainingen en pas je ze aan om ze nog performanter te maken. Je zal ook een traineeship program opstellen waarbij trainees een traject in verschillende departementen zullen volgen.
**Jouw profiel**Idealiter heb je een Master of een Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur pedagogisch of mensgericht. Je werkt op een gestructureerde manier en bent zeer proces georiënteerd. Je hebt minstens een **eerste ervaring binnen L&D en talentontwikkeling**. Je kan afdelingshoofden overtuigen om mee stappen in de opleidingstrajecten voor hun teams en het belang van een traineeship programma. Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een voldoende niveau van Frans. Je hebt een passie voor HR en bent geïnteresseerd om bij te leren in dit domein. Je bent georganiseerd, ambitieus en een goede communicator.
