**Requirements**: ?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Your passion and drive matter more to us than formal qualifications

Proven experience within IT consultancy or recruitment, preferably with a focus on digital transformation or software development.

Experience working with clear growth objectives and targets, and a track record of achieving and exceeding those targets.

A strong appetite for learning and exploring new frontiers in business development.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

A self-starter with a can-do attitude, who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve outstanding results.

Enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to embrace challenges with a smile.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
