**Business Unit Manager Cisco** at Ingram Micro Belgium and Luxembourg
**What are you going to do?**

As Business Unit Manager Cisco you manage the Business Unit Cisco and you will work in a team of ambitious professionals. As the "spider in the web" your role in this team is crucial as you are responsible for the ins and outs of this entire Business Unit. To achieve our ambitious goals, we need motivated people and excellent contacts with our Customers and Vendors.

**Your role**
- Lead our dedicated Cisco Business Unit, setting direction for all roles in the team (sales, pre-sales, sales support, business management)
- Own the overall sales and sales-margin budget and optimize the profitability of the operation
- Align with Cisco on market
- and technology-priorities and how Ingram will assist Cisco in capturing the associated opportunities
- Identify future growth opportunities and build the capability and capacity to capture these opportunities.
- Grow the existing talent in the team and recruit new talent to address new business opportunities and support the future growth
- Enable Cisco Resellers, Integrators and Managed Service Providers to capture market opportunities by providing real value add with your team
- Collaborate with your colleagues of Ingram's Management team to identify cross-Business-Unit opportunities

**Your skills, talents and experience**
- Experienced people Leader with strong skills in building teams with a strong cohesion and complementary skills
- Willing to get involved in the daily operations and ready to acquire the knowledge to support the business through the entire cycle from quote to delivery and invoicing
- Experience with Distribution (understand the main roles & functions of a Distributor) while understanding and appreciating the evolving role of the IT Distributor
- Experience in IT Networking, preferably with Cisco, and understanding of the broader IT-Trends (Hybrid Cloud, Cybersecurity, IOT,)
- Ability to define and implement a differentiating strategy, create the associated business plans and dashboards and define leading and lagging indicators for success.
- Executive presence and the ability to build relations at Executive level
- Strong Sales acumen and experience with Sales Management
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
