Het departement Marketing Payments volgt de ontwikkeling van de klantbehoeften op de voet om ze te kunnen vertalen in onze commerciële visie en onze producten. Die overeenstemming tussen onze producten en diensten en de verwachtingen van onze klanten is de sleutelfactor van succes om voor onze klanten relevant en "top of mind" te blijven.

Om onze opdracht te vervullen, is dagelijkse samenwerking noodzakelijk met een groot aantal stakeholders van binnen de bank (Sales network, Digital Sales, Communication en Data, ) en in het externe ecosysteem (Febelfin, third parties, potentiële partners ).

**De job in een notendop**

Je speelt een centrale rol in het uitstippelen van onze visie en strategie inzake Betalingen en bij de implementering ervan. Je zorgt er vooral voor dat er wordt tegemoetgekomen aan de behoeften van onze klanten en de uitdagingen van de markt, rekening houdend met de verwachtingen van ons net.

Je bent ambassadeur van ons daily banking aanbod bij Belfius Bank, zorgt ervoor dat het goed wordt geïntegreerd in de strategie, het productenaanbod, de projecten en diensten bij Belfius Bank.

Je hebt commerciële feeling, bent creatief en innoverend en in staat om een visie te ontwikkelen en ze om te zetten in een Roadmap voor concrete implementering.

Proactieve voorstellen formuleren met het oog op de ontwikkeling van producten,innovatie en rationalisatie, rekening houdend met de behoeften van de bank en de evolutie van de markt.

De follow-up van cijfers schrikt je niet af: (financiële en analytische follow-up van de producten 'Insurance Individuals').

Bijhouden van informatie over de producten/commeriële folders bestemd voor de distributie.

Je kunt uitstekend coördineren,organiseren en bent graag van nabij betrokken bij de implementering van concrete projecten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen en skills:

- je hebt een masterdiploma;
- je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels;
- je hebt ervaring in marketing;
- je verstaat de kunst om strategische visie en operationele deliverables te combineren;
- je bent in staat om verandering door te voeren, een visie uit te stippelen en je collega's warm te maken voor een gemeenschappelijke aanpak;
- je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden; Je bent een vlotte communicator met een bijzondere focus op storytelling - of je verstaat de kunst om in de huid van je toehoorders te kruipen;
- je bent autonoom en beschikt over een 'hands-on'-mentaliteit;
- je bent een teamspeler en bereid tot samenwerking en stakeholdermanagement heeft geen geheimen voor jou.
