Robert Half is voor een klant momenteel op zoek naar een Warehouse Assistant (m/v/x) voor een boeiende functie.
Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Leuven.
De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Warehouse Assistant zijn:
- Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging binnen het magazijn en de bijbehorende logistieke processen;
- Je analyseert voortdurend de logistieke processen met een kritisch oog en implementeert duurzame verbeteringen;
- Je beheert en controleert de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten via het ERP systeem;
- Je verwerkt verlofplanningen/overuren van de magazijniers;
- Je speelt een rol in preventie en kwaliteitsmanagement;
- Je draagt bij aan de planning en controle van facilitaire zaken binnen het magazijn.
Je bent goed georganiseerd en toont volledige inzet voor je werk;
- Je benadert uitdagingen altijd positief en vindt oplossingen voor elk probleem;
- Je stelt proactief verbeteringen voor om werkprocessen te optimaliseren en de teamkwaliteit te verhogen;
- Bij voorkeur ben je in het bezit van een bachelor diploma;
- Je hebt zeer goede kennis van MS Office 365;
- Ervaring in zowel commerciële als logistieke omgeving is een plus;
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, met goede kennis van Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
