Job Summary:
Our activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Warehouse Assistant to join our Logistics team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary: communication with internal and external providers, shipping supplies to sites, etc;
- Maintain inventory updated;
- Coordinate shipments between Medpace & other labs;
- Coordinate and order material for Clinical trials
- Kit Assembly
- Tracking, receiving, unpacking, and scanning of Diagnostic Specimens
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 2 years’ of industry experience in related similar position is welcome
- Prior experience in a warehouse preferred;
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is desired.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft® Word and Excel;
- Team-worker and detail-oriented with good time management skills;
- Fluency in English
