Als R&D medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van projecten gericht op de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten, vanaf het concept tot de marktintroductie. Je zult betrokken zijn bij verschillende fasen, zoals veldproeven, samenwerkingen met partners, leveranciers en academische instellingen.
Wat komt er nog bij kijken?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een beleid gericht op duurzaamheid, met een brede visie, en implementeert dit binnen diverse afdelingen en regio's.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor duurzaamheid op het gebied van milieu en sociale impact.
- Je vertaalt jouw visie naar een dashboard en definieert relevante parameters die je vervolgens opvolgt. Hierbij kun je denken aan het gebruik van (duurzame) grondstoffen, CO2-uitstoot, energieverbruik, verpakkingsbeleid, en het monitoren van parameters zoals gendergelijkheid. Je volgt hierbij de Europese richtlijnen voor duurzaamheidsrapportage.
- Je werkt nauw samen met het laboratorium en onderzoekers om de samenstelling van onze producten te verbeteren. Daarnaast werk je samen met productie, logistiek en andere afdelingen. Op basis van je monitoring geef je advies aan verschillende afdelingen over optimalisatie van duurzaamheid. Je initieert en begeleidt projecten en onderzoekt mogelijkheden voor subsidiëring.
- Je ondersteunt of initieert audits die worden gevraagd door overheidsinstanties, klanten, leveranciers, enz.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de jaarlijkse opstelling en publicatie van het duurzaamheidsrapport en geeft presentaties aan geïnteresseerde partijen op symposia, zowel intern als extern.
- Je rapporteert aan de Marketing Manager.

- Je hebt minstens vijf jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een internationale context.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
