**Wat jij mag verwachten**:
**Binnen Baloise zetten we verder koers richting een **efficiënte** en digitale samenwerking met onze makelaars, klanten en partners. We optimaliseren bij gevolg onze processen en waar mogelijk, zetten we in op digitalisatie en automatisatie. Immers onze menselijke dienstverlening blijven we **vooropstellen**.**

Binnen ART Efficiency zijn we op zoek naar een Functionele Analist die bijdraagt aan de verfijning van de optimalisatie de inkomende document en content processen en de taken die gecreëerd worden om de aanvragen te behandelen. Ook de interactieve processen zoals o.a telefonie worden verder onder de loep genomen.

Als functionele analist verwachten we dat je de huidige proceswerking met meer detail uitwerkt en de technische complexiteit aankaart. Samen met je collega's uit de productteams werk je mee aan de vormgeving van een gefaseerde transformatie naar een verdere futur proof digitalisering. Hierbij kom je in aanmerking met IDL, OCR, low code platform, telefonie platform, integratie met applicaties binnen onze IT landschap.

Voor deze functie, zal je **rapporteren aan de Team lead Resource pool,** die jou **coacht en ondersteunt **in je dagelijkse werking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

- Je werkt nauw samen met de business om hun behoeften te begrijpen en denkt na hoe we het proces zo eenvoudig mogelijk kunnen maken
- Je onderzoekt waar knelpunten zijn in het business proces en probeert mee een oplossing te bedenken
- Je maakt voornamelijk functionele analyse op waarbij de focus ligt op de transformatie van inkomende document en content processen en het huidig taakmanagement naar een vernieuwd worfload management
- Je kan standpunten innemen en deze verdedigen
- Je zorgt voor een goede kennisoverdracht door het verzorgen van een heldere communicatie met de business en productteams

**Wat wij verwachten**:

- Je hebt een professionele bachelor (economische/ ICT richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
- Je hebt al een** eerste werkervaring in Functionele Analyse**:

- Ervaring in workloadmanagement zijnde taak en case management is een plus.
- Je hebt een sterk analytische vermogen en heeft **kennis van SOAP, REST, SQL** (kan werken met SoapUI, MS SQL server Management Studio, Swagger, Postman,..)
- Kennis van Microsoft. NET en Visual Studio is mooi meegenomen
- Je hebt werkervaring in een Agile omgeving en kan omgaan met veranderende situaties
- Je hebt **zin in de verdieping van een business **operationele werking en wil je snel inwerken
- Je bent gedreven om requirements zodanig te formuleren dat een technische implementatie meteen kan opstarten (use case diagrammen, etc)
- Je kan** ownership nemen** en werkt proactief samen met de verschillende stakeholders
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in Nederlands en Engels
- Je kan op een gestructureerde manier werken en hebt discipline om de richtlijnen te volgen
