European Truck Product Manager

Your role & responsibilities:


To continue the development of our portable toilet service module department we are looking for a Product Manager Trucks for the EMEA region.

We have established ourselves as a reputable supplier of toilet service units, and are looking for a pro-active, positive minded person to help us grow this product group to the next level.

You will get the opportunity to play a significant role in the development of new products and services related to your product group.


You will:

  • Enable sales to reach the annual Europewide and regional targets by facilitating sales through technical sales advise.
  • Perform project work as needed.
  • Oversee and maintain truck production schedule and recommend promised ship dates based upon assembly capacity, leadtime for critical parts (chassis, tanks, other) and available stock inventory as determined by the purchasing and scheduling team.
  • Oversee and maintain workshop occupancy with module assembly and services.
  • Assist team members in production and assembly where needed. Build knowledge of modules, trucks, and vacuum technology to function as 'gotoperson' for specific issues that need solving.
  • Work closely with the team of product specialists for service modules and vacuum to understand market needs and to increase service levels.
  • Introduce new products and services which will benefit both customers and company.
  • Advise and train the sales team on existing and new products.
  • Provide sales support to the sales team on an as needed basis and technical product support to the customers.
  • Analyse competition and marketplace pricing and develop Satellite's pricing strategy for new and existing products of the department in conjunction with the European management team.
  • Evaluate current product performance and recommend adjustments to product offerings, features and options.
  • Analyse sales and financial reports to track performance and to identify trends and potential problem areas.

Your profile:

  • You are fluent in English. Any additional languages will be an asset.
  • You have a proven track record in product management, sales or other relevant department.
  • You have a technical background, or an affinity with mechanical appliances.
