- Je behandelt de post m.b.t. het departement Retail
- Je zorgt voor een correcte archivering van allerhande documenten
- Je ontfermt je over de prenotificatie van de SEPA mandaten van de uitbetaalde dossiers
- Je volgt onbetaalde facturen op
- Je behandelt de schadegevallen met Cardif
- Je ontfermt je over eventuele wijzigingen in SAP en terugbetalingen
- Je beslist met de Retail Manager over compensaties indien er foutieve bedragen worden doorgegeven betreffende terugvorderingen naar de klant of dealer
**Profiel**:
- Kennisniveau hoger onderwijs
- PCP diploma (Febelfin)
- Basiskennis boekhouding
- Kennis van eventuele wijzigingen in de wetgeving binnen de automobiel
- Basiskennis van de basis softwarepakket (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Kennis van de tweede landstaal en Engels (spreken en schrijven)
