YOUR TASKS
- This position is situated within the international research project 'Orchestra' which investigates effects of anthropogenic underwater noise on the structure and functioning of marine ecosystems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You hold a thesisbased Doctorate in Sciences (Biology, Marine Sciences or similar) or Bioengineering (relevant discipline).
- You have proven experience in ecological research as illustrated by publications in international journals with peer review.
- You communicate fluently, both written and orally and for diverse audiences (ranging from scientists over end users to students).
- You have a resultoriented focus and take responsibility.
- You are a team player who works flexibly and is willing to support the team also beyond the limits of the Orchestra project.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU
- We offer you a fulltime contract of definite duration for a period of at least 15 and at most 24 months. We are also open to a parttime contract. The precise duration of the contract will depend on your salary scale and project budget.
- Your contract will start on 15/03/2024 at the earliest.
- Your remuneration will be determined by salary scale PD1 to PD4. Click here for more information about our salary scales.
