We are looking for a highly motivated, Senior UX Copy Writer to join us on the exciting journey of our Design for product and sales journeys Chapter.

Job content


Your focus will be on using the right language, expressing our brand voice through words, using the proper tone, depending on the flows and interfaces.

All this to create a state-of-the-art digital customer experience for our customers and our sales agents.


You will be responsible for writing attractive and catchy content for our interfaces, researching user preferences and trends, reviewing business requirements to create copy that fits, conducting tests on copy and collaborating with other design team members, to create contents based on user feedback, usability testing and metrics.


Based on data and customers' feedback, you will constantly adapt and improve the language used and insure a unified voice across projects, in line with our brand's tone of voice.


Finally, you will be part of the development of our Content Design System, share best practices and bring your expertise to create a structural process for all the designer at Proximus and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Your Profile

Technical

  • You have at least 5 years of proven experience in UX copywriting, preferably for websites. Experience in TelCo website is a plus
  • You have outstanding writing skills in Dutch, and preferably also in in both Dutch and French; fluent in English
- and are up-to-date with trends and best practices

  • You are familiar with content design system
  • You have good understanding of UX & UI fundamentals, and you are able to develop customer journeys with other designers
  • Familiarity with UX design tools, like Figma, Figjam
  • You have knowledge of usability testing and strong research skills
  • You can switch to different voices regarding target group
  • You are data driven and can use analytics to improve the copy
