**De job in een notendop**
- Je vertaalt de briefings voor websites, campagnes en communicatieboodschappen die je krijgt van diverse stakeholders binnen communicatie en marketing, naar het meest adequate communicatieplan voor de eigen digitale kanalen van Belfius (bank-app, websites, LCD schermen,)
- Na overleg en validatie van dit communicatieplan, maak je een briefing voor copywriters, designers, webmasters en UX, aangepast aan de doelgroep, het type output en het kanaal.
- Je brieft, plant, organiseert en realiseert van A tot Z je digitale projecten, communicatiecampagnes en bijhorend materiaal. Je monitort deze samen met de andere experts in digitale communicatie en je zorgt voor een permanente verbeteringsdynamiek.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de afdeling communicatie en je vormt de connectie tussen IT en de communicatieafdeling in de uitrol/verfijning van de digitale communicatiekanalen van Belfius.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- een hogeschool of universitaire diploma en een eerste werkervaring van minstens 3 jaar in digitale communicatie
- een grote affiniteit met communicatie en klantervaring, maar ook met de digitale wereld, nieuwe technologie en communicatiemiddelen
- goede interpersoonlijke, commerciële en analytische vaardigheden
- een creatieve, out-of-the-box en oplossingsgerichte mindset
- een organisatorisch talent, met respect voor strikte deadlines
- de nodige flexibiliteit om in een dynamische omgeving te werken
Je scoort extra met:
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
