Je beheert de digitale projecten binnen de afdeling Communicatie voor de doelgroepen ondernemers & ondernemingen, publieke & sociale sector en de zelfstandigen & vrije beroepen.. Door jouw heldere briefings kunnen zowel designers & UX enerzijds maar ook copywriters anderzijds, aan de slag in de uitrol van de digitale kanalen naar de klanten.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de connectie tussen IT en de communicatieafdeling in de uitrol/verfijning van de digitale communicatiekanalen voor de doelgroepen hierboven beschreven.

Je belangrijkste taak is de briefings naar designers & UX en copywriters uitschrijven en opvolgen tot realisatie. Daarnaast ga je ook met een briefing van de afdeling marketing, zelfstandig aan de slag en vertaal je dit in het meest adequate communicatieplan aangepast aan de doelgroep, het type output en het kanaal. Je plant, organiseert of realiseert van A tot Z je communicatiecampagnes en bijhorend materiaal.

Je team bestaat uit
en jouw rol hierin is het aanspreekpunt zijn van de afdeling marketing en project office IT voor alle communicatiebehoeften voor de doelgroepen zoals hierboven vermeld en de communicatieprojecten opvolgen met een digitale insteek.

Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit

Adviseren en challengen van de business (marketing, distributie & IT ):

- Een duidelijk zicht hebben/krijgen op de vragen, behoeften binnen de strategie
- Proactief signaleren van communicatie-opportuniteiten

Uitwerken en opvolgen van een communicatieplan
- Je communicatiedoelen vertalen in een concreet en gedetailleerd communicatieplan dat de kapstok wordt voor de verdere uitrol
- Dit communicatieplan continu aanvullen, bijsturen,waar nodig

Uitschrijven en opvolgen tot realisatie van de briefings naar designers & UX en copywriters voor alle digitale communicatieprojecten voor de bovenvermelde doelgroepen.

- een hoge school of universitaire diploma en/of een eerste werkervaring in digitale communicatie
- een sterke affiniteit met communicatie, klantenervaringen en de digitale wereld
- een creatieve en een out-of-the-box mindset
- een proactieve aanpak
- een organisatorisch talent dwz gestructureerd en planmatig kunnen werken met respect voor strikte deadlines
- goede sociale vaardigheden om zowel in een team te kunnen werken als met andere personen in andere afdelingen
- een oplossings
- en resultaatgericht denken
