What will your task be?
In this position you will report to the Director General and be responsible for the
- Development of the communications strategy and public affairs' activities
- Management and delivery of external communications, including digital tools (website and social media), publications, newsletters, newsflashes and media contents
- Creation of digital and printed content, including graphics, social media posts and promotional materials
- Management and delivery of internal communications with members and other stakeholders
- Management of the company's branding (including liaison with external designers) and editing of documents
- Development of effective contact database management and communications preferences
- Reporting on the company's communications activities and impact, including the use of digital analytics tools
- Coordination of the company's Communications Working Group and supporting exchange on effective communications and promotion of the chemical distribution sector
- Building relationships with suppliers, other relevant organisations' representatives, and specialised media
- Monitoring of media and press coverage
- Coorganisation of the Annual Congress, ad hoc technical workshops, and webinar sessions with external partners
Profil
What are we looking for?
- University education in communications, business or marketing & sales preferred
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is an asset
- Digital passionate (social media, website updates, infographics and videos)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package. Any additional knowledge of graphic design is an asset
- Team player, but also able to work autonomously
- Strong motivation and genuine interest for the sector
- Proactive and resultdriven attitude, combined with a high level of creativity
