Le Centre d'Expertise Communications (CoE Comms) est à la recherche d'un.e collègue pour gérer des projets de communication, développer des contenus, gérer des plateformes de communication et mesurer les performances des actions de communication.

**L'équipe en charge de la gestion des besoins de communication des Fonctions Control & Support (HR, HSS,, Compliance, Finance, Tax & Legal, Secrétariat Général, etc...), s'agrandit et recherche un Communication Manager expérimenté.**

**Votre futur Job**

En tant que Communication Manager
- Vous serez le partenaire de communication des entités Fonctions Control & Support pour leurs besoins de communication interne et externe, au sein d'une petite équipe dans laquelle chaque membre a le même rôle.
- Vous assurerez la cohérence de la communication pour tous vos groupes cibles, en gardant à l'esprit que l'attractivité de la marque (et son NPS / NPE / Excellence opérationnelle) est cruciale pour la banque.
- Vous comprendrez la stratégie, le contexte, les défis et les objectifs de vos partenaires et, sur cette base, développerez une stratégie de communication à court et à moyen terme, y compris des plans et des actions de communication pertinentes Ceux-ci seront conformes à la stratégie des entités concernées ainsi qu'aux objectifs globaux de positionnement de la marque et du CoE Communications.
- Vous conseillerez le management et les différentes entités sur les initiatives de communication, les délivrables et la planification de celles-ci.
- Vous apprendrez à connaître les différentes cibles, proposez les messages, canaux de communication et ton de voix pour les atteindre et les convaincre.
- Vous informerez les experts internes et externes en charge de la production et de la publication, et coordonnerez les différents délivrables de communication décidés.
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des experts en performance afin d'améliorer continuellement l'efficacité des projets et des campagnes de communication ainsi qu'avec vos collègues directs en vous aidant, en apprenant les uns des autres, en tirant le meilleur parti des compétences combinées.
- Vous travaillez dans un contexte agile. Vous êtes en charge de rester aligné.e avec vos parties prenantes, de comprendre leurs besoins et de réaliser des communications réelles en partie au sein de l'équipe et en partie en coordination avec les experts d'autres équipes.

**Dévoilez vos atouts**
- Vous avez un master en Communications ou un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire au sein de la banque, ou dans un autre environnement de communication.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en néerlandais et en Français, et maîtrise de l'anglais.
- Vous avez l'esprit créatif (capable de penser out of the box)
- Vous avez une excellente gestion des parties prenantes
- Vous avez la connaissance des entités Fonctions Support & Control, de leur missionet leurs défis.
- Vous êtes sensible aux questions internes et liées au changement
- Vous avez la capacité à travailler de manière autonome, sens des responsabilités et de trouver l'équilibre dans l'établissement de rapports hiérarchiques sur les progrès et les questions de risques.
- Vous êtes flexible et avez le sens pratique, toujours à la recherche des solutions les plus efficaces et répondant à des normes de qualité élevées
- Vous avez un esprit d'équipe et capable de travailler de manière agile et positive.
