As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for several brands within Laundry & Homecare such as Persil, Schwarzkopf, FA, Syoss.

You will contribute to the creation and implementation of the brand strategy and to the execution of the marketing plans.


YOUR ROLE:

  • Initiate and conduct market, brand and competition analyses.
  • Formulate marketing/brand strategies and plans including budget & financials.
  • Execute brand strategy on all aspects of the marketing mix (assortment, innovation, pricing, distribution etc.).
  • Develop & execute media plans in close cooperation with the various agencies (media, creative & PR).
  • Maintain close cooperation with the various teams within Henkel consumer brands (sales, customer development & planning).
  • International work context (direct cooperation with headquarters in Dusseldorf & international colleagues).

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Ideally 2 years of marketing &/or FMCG experience
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French, Preferably Dutch
  • University degree preferably with Master's
  • Analytical
  • Solution oriented
