**FINANCE & BUSINESS CONTROLLER**

Le Finance & Business Controller relèvera directement au responsable Finance et travaillera en collaboration avec l'équipe Finance. Votre responsabilité principale sera de garantir des rapports qualitatifs sur les performances des restaurants Quick et Burger King. Votre contribution devra faciliter la prise de décision de la direction et de nos principaux départements stratégiques (Opérations, Marketing, Développement et IT).

**Quelles sont tes responsabilités**- Préparer des rapports exécutifs hebdomadaires et mensuels avec les KPI et collaborer avec différents départements pour créer et produire des rapports de gestion.-
- Réaliser des analyses et des présentations ad hoc pour orienter la stratégie commerciale et augmenter la valeur de l'entreprise.-
- Soutenir les prévisions trimestrielles, l'élaboration du budget annuel et la planification à long terme.-
- Maintenir et améliorer l'efficacité des processus internes du reporting financier.-
- Garantir la qualité de nos comptes financiers en supervisant notre service comptable.**Quels ingrédients sont nécessaires pour assurer ta réussite ?**:
- Master en Finance ; la certification CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) est un plus.-
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans une fonction financière ou chez un des entreprises du BIG 4.-
- Maîtrise du français ou du néerlandais et une bonne connaissance en anglais.-
- Préférence pour travailler dans un environnement agile.-
- Excellente maîtrise d'Excel.-
- Esprit analytique avec des compétences en résolution de problèmes.-
- Respecter les délais et établir des priorités.-
