Deze functie biedt een schitterende kans om de operationele strategie van een belangrijke divisie binnen AXA België te leiden en vorm te geven. Het Head of COO Office krijgt de kans om nauw samen te werken met de COO en de operationele directeuren om samen een uitgebreide strategie te bepalen en uit te voeren die een rechtstreekse impact heeft op de operationele activiteiten van de organisatie over de hele lijn. Dit omvat het gebruik van geavanceerde best practices op het gebied van operationele uitmuntendheid, de bevordering van de operationele prestaties met behulp van Centers of Excellence (CoE) en de verkenning van het potentieel van AI/Gen AI om operationele transformatieplannen te verbeteren.

De mogelijkheid om proactief de prestaties van een significante businessunit te beheren, in samenwerking met business
- en finance-teams, biedt een platform voor impactvol leiderschap en invloed. De functie vereist een holistisch begrip van de verzekeringssector, effectief stakeholderbeheer op verschillende niveaus en een strategische ingesteldheid om de operationele uitmuntendheid en de uitvoering van de strategie te stimuleren.

Bovendien biedt de brede waaier van betrokken activiteiten, waaronder programmabeheer, analytische monitoring en procesvereenvoudiging, een dynamische en intellectueel stimulerende omgeving. De kans om bij te dragen aan de strategische oefeningen onder leiding van de Group COO bezorgt de functie een extra laag betekenis en invloed.

Algemeen gesproken biedt deze functie de kans om veranderingen met impact te leiden en aan te sturen binnen een grote organisatie, invloed uit te oefenen op de operationele strategieën en het prestatiebeheer en tegelijkertijd samen te werken met getalenteerde en toegewijde teams.

**Functiebeschrijving**

Onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de COO van AXA België geef je als Head of the COO Office van AXA België leiding aan het COO Office/Opex-team (7 VTE's) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende kerndomeinen:
(1) **voor Operations over de hele lijn mee een consistente strategie bepalen om de prestaties van Operations te verbeteren**,** deze vertalen in uitvoeringsplannen en de uitvoering sturen. Dit gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met operationele directeuren en teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de hefbomen voor operationele uitmuntendheid**.
- **De strategie voor Operations transversaal mee bepalen**

, in overeenstemming met de strategie van AXA België en AXA Groep.
- ** Het uitvoeringsplan definiëren en orkestreren**

, gebruikmakend van een mix van best practices op het vlak van operationele uitmuntendheid om de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en de operationele efficiëntie te maximaliseren.
- ** De uitvoering van de strategie sturen**

**door proactief de voortgang en de impact op te volgen**

, ondersteund door een versterkt transversaal prestatiekader (KPI's) dat geharmoniseerd is voor alle werkterreinen in de LoB's. Daarom is nauwe samenwerking met de business
- en finance-teams vereist.
- ** De uitvoering van de strategie bevorderen met behulp van verschillende CoE's**

(Center of Excellence) om de operationele prestaties te sturen:

- Procesdigitalisering (RPA + automatisering)
- Businessprocesmodellering (procesvereenvoudiging)
- Transversaal prestatiebeheer van Operations
- De tijdelijke ondersteuning binnen heel Operations sturen (van identificatie van mogelijke kandidaten tot definitie van geschikte partners in lijn met de strategie van de Groep, uitvoering van de overgangen en wereldwijde orkestratie van het prestatiebeheer in run-modus en de naleving van standaarden (risicobeheer, beveiliging, privacy,...).
- Spraak
- en toegankelijkheidsprestaties optimaliseren (Pure Cloud).
- EUC-beheer transversaal orkestreren (na cloudificatie).
- ** Gemeenschappelijke standaarden definiëren om operationele prestaties te stimuleren**

(QoS, automatisering,...) en de voortdurende uitwisseling van best practices binnen Operations te stimuleren, (waar relevant) transversale standaarden te definiëren om de efficiëntie en de wereldwijde consistentie te verbeteren en de naleving te garanderen. Een goed begrip van de manier waarop AI/Gen AI waarde kan toevoegen aan Operations om die nieuwe hefbomen in de operationele transformatieplannen te sturen.
- ** Overeenstemming garanderen met de strategie van de Group COO**

- Een proactief prestatiebeheer verzekeren van de BU Ops & tsfo P&C (~ 700 VTE's, budget ~ € 70 m), samen met de business
- en finance teams
- De monitoring industrialiseren met gedecentraliseerde rapportering en datateams.
