Job Description:


In order to strengthen our Marketing team, we are currently looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist with prior experience in a similar function.


This newly created role is a unique opportunity to join a booming company recording a solid organic growth in Europe (scaling from 5 to 2.500 people in less than 20 years).


You will join a young and versatile environment in an ongoing evolving company context - yet the job needs to be quickly operational and deliver result on the short term - in which you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of the team and by extension of the company and its different entities or business units.


You will work closely with the Marketing Director as well as all members of the team and across disciplines and departments to strongly market the Arηs brand and culture, internally and externally.


This hands-on role will mostly be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, in support of the overall marketing, business development strategy as well as recruitment.


The challenges that are waiting for you

  • Formulate, planning and implement marketing campaigns (budget, planning, create, write, edit, proofread, measure) for services, events or even products directed on the different platforms towards different audiences.
  • Ensure that the organization's brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
  • Create, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns on major platforms you will entirely be responsible of (i.e., AdWords, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Planning and supporting the content development process and its distribution through various channels both online and offline (incl. social media, newsletters, etc.) and for various targets.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders including sales, recruitment, design, devs amongst others on content creation, messaging strategy, campaign execution, reporting, etc.
  • Help manage Arηs website and perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery & expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Strengthening the Arηs brand positioning and culture together with the rest of the team and help increase its awareness online.

Qualifications:

The profile we are looking for

  • Degree in Corporate Communication, Marketing, or related education.
  • English: proficiencyhigh level.
  • Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management/campaign management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, web metrics, and digital analytics
  • High level of understanding and operational part in the full process of campaign set up across platforms, using modern marketing tools and approaches.
  • Great content creation writing and editing skills.
  • Proven experience in implementing marketing campaigns and thought leadership content that engages, educates and motivates.
  • Experience of using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) for campaigns.
  • Experience and knowledge of the main social media channels (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience of SEO platforms (Google Analytics) and digital advertising (AdWords, paid social channels, etc.).

  • Attention to detail & ability to multitask.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines & remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of French or Dutch would be considered an asset.
