To further strengthen our Communications team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will focus on the global digital framework for all brands within the Medical Gas Solutions Division.

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be part of an enthusiastic and dynamic marketing and communications team.

You'll work closely together to implement digital marketing strategies and take on project management activities that contribute to sustainable digital business growth.

You will be:

  • Managing all digital activities on website and social media
  • Safeguarding branding guidelines are respected on our digital platforms
  • Defining rollout roadmap for Website 2.0 for Medical Gas Solutions' brands
  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, brand awareness and lead generation. Ensure monitoring and optimization of these campaigns
  • Implementing and managing the marketing automation program
  • Collaborating with divisional and local marketing & communications team and external partners to produce digital content for web campaigns, social media, etc
  • Implementing search engine optimization efforts, as well as search engine advertising
  • Maintaining website pages through:
  • Gathering and structuring input and requirements from various divisional team members regarding website content creation
  • Coordinating with our internal IT and technical web department to make improvements to the site
  • Consistently review web pages for accuracy and proper operation
  • Aligning with CRM expert to define lead generation and management process
  • Coordinating with internal web support teams on search engine optimization efforts, as well as search engine advertisings
  • Defining and measuring KPIs and ROI for websites in our Medical Gas Solutions brands portfolio
  • Monitoring and interpreting digital analytics, generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analysis
  • Being the division's representative in project team meetings on digital lead generation
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will report to the Communications Manager.

Necessary skills for success:

  • Project management skills

  • Good understanding of online marketing and digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC
  • Handson experience with SEM rush, Google Analytics, Google Ads and CRM software.
  • Website management experience is a plus (e.g Adobe experience manager)
  • English (high working proficiency)
  • A good communicator who can adjust to different audiences
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent by relevant Digital Marketing experience
