Risicobeheer in een verzekeringsmaatschappij _Klinkt jou dat interessant in de oren_? **Dan is deze baan echt iets voor jou** Als Adviseur Qualitative Risk Management neem je actief deel aan de operationalisering en voortdurende verbetering van het beheer van operationele risico's, met bijzondere aandacht voor de risico's qua bedrijfscontinuïteit. Je werkt mee aan de invoering van een duidelijke en efficiënte methodologie in het beheer van operationele risico's voor andere directies.
- Wat zal de concrete impact van jouw acties zijn?_ In samenwerking met jouw hiërarchisch verantwoordelijke en de Business Continuity Manager onderhoud, controleer en monitor je de transversale acties van het Business Continuity Plan en van de maatregelen die daarop van invloed kunnen zijn.

Je werkt mee aan de jaarlijkse actualisering van de documentatie rond het bedrijfscontinuïteitsplan (BIA, BRP, operationeel crisisbeheer, enz.), aan de coördinatie/voorbereiding van tests, aan de challenging van de continuïteitsrisicobeoordeling en aan de voorbereiding van vergadermateriaal.

Jij bent de persoon die we zoeken als je...
- een bachelor
- of masterdiploma hebt in een wetenschaps-, ingenieurs
- of informaticarichting
- idealiter een opleiding hebt gevolgd in operationeel risicobeheer
- idealiter een opleiding hebt gevolgd in ISO 22301
- Excel (database, draaitabellen, grafieken, statistieken...) en O365 (Teams, Planner,...) goed beheerst
- beschikt over een goed analytisch en anticiperend vermogen en een kritische geest hebt
- een zeer goede communicator bent en blijkt geeft van proactiviteit
- nauwgezet en georganiseerd te werk gaat
- nieuwsgierig bent naar externe gebeurtenissen die van invloed kunnen zijn op een verzekeringsmaatschappij
- kennis, ook al is die passief, van het Frans hebt
