Channels and Customer Experience for Enterprises (CCE-E) teams manage
our client's digital channels for the Entreprise customer segment.
Their mission is to define
the company's digital vision and to implement the related roadmap, in order to ease life of customers.
The team works in an
agile environment, in close collaboration with product experts, process teams and control functions spread into
multi-disciplinary squads responsible to
develop and
maintain all the digital channels.
Your job:
As
CCE-E IT Risk & Operations Manager, you will need a strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance and operational efficiency since you will find yourself at the very heart of some of the Tribe key processes management and execution:
Incident & Problem Management: Sometimes, things don't go as planned. You will be on the deck when the storm bursts, to oversee incident and restore normal operations as quickly as possible, with the least impact on business and customers. Crisis calls participation, communication on e-Channels through banners publication, deep root cause analysis, structural corrective actions follow up and regular progress reporting to stakeholders will be part of your daily activities.
Continuity Management: Having a well thought plan in case of a disaster is already half the way to service restoration. You will have the opportunity to experiment both theory and practice, by first elaborating disaster recovery scenario's then experimenting them live during the yearly bank transversal disaster recovery exercises.

Risks & Security Management: You will work hand in hand with two key teams of the Security CoE. Risk Management in one hand, to ensure qualitative follow up or mitigation of the risks in the Tribe perimeter, closure in due time of audit recommendations and seasonal control plans execution. Application Security & Vulnerability Management in the other one, to ensure the timely resolution by the Tribe squads of Channels security threats and vulnerabilities. This position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance and operational efficiency.

- You have proven valuable past experiences in an IT tribe environment, working in Agile
- You have excellent administrative competences mixed with firstclass communication skills
- English is a must with, ideally, knowledge of Dutch and/or French
- Excel, Powerpoint and other tools such as Archer or Service Now are not unknown to you
