L'Association Pharmaceutique Belge (APB) est la fédération nationale des pharmaciens d'officine indépendants. Au-delà de la défense et de la promotion de la profession auprès de tous les intervenants du secteur de la santé, l'APB met à la disposition de ses membres un large éventail de services et d'outils visant à les soutenir dans l'exercice quotidien de leur profession.

**Finance Manager (M/V/X) (emploi à temps partiel)**
**Fonction**:
En tant que Finance Manager, vous serez responsable de la gestion efficace de tous les aspects financiers au sein de notre organisation. Vous collectez des informations, vous les interprétez, vous les analysez, vous les signalez, vous les intégrez dans une approche innovante et ce en collaboration avec une équipe de 3 personnes. Vous rapportez directement au Directeur Général.
**Votre fonction**:
- Planification financière et budgétisation:
- Établir et surveiller le budget annuel en tenant compte des objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation.
- Identifier les risques et opportunités financières et donner des conseils sur les plans d'action à adopter.
- Reporting et analyse financière à destination du Comité directeur et des commissions:
- Analyser et interpréter les données financières pour évaluer les performances de l'organisation.
- Fournir des conseils aux collègues de l'APB sur les modèles financiers pour les projets et les activités opérationnelles quotidiennes.
- Établir des rapports financiers, notamment dles comptes de profits et pertes, les bilans et des états des flux de trésorerie.
- Gestion des flux de trésorerie et liquidités:
- Surveiller la trésorerie de l'organisation et garantir le paiement dans les délais des fournisseurs et des employés.
- Gérer les flux de trésorerie et les réserves financières de l'organisation..
- Fournir des conseils sur les opportunités d'investissement et sur la gestion des risques financiers.
- Conformité et gestion des risques:
- Veiller au respect des lois et réglementations financières, tant internes qu'externes.
- Coordonner les audits et veiller à ce que les rapports soient établis en temps voulu et avec rigueur.
- Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en œuvre les mesures de contrôle interne pertinentes.
- Facility Management:
- Participer activement au plan futur concernant la gestion des bâtiments existants et futurs.
- Contrôler le budget d'entretien des bâtiments et assurer un rapport coût-efficacité optimal.
- Leadership et gestion d'équipe:
- Superviser et encadrer l'équipe financière, notamment en fixant des objectifs et en facilitant le développement professionnel.
- Promouvoir une culture de collaboration, de l'efficacité et l'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe.
**Profil**:
- Vous avez un Master dans un domaine économique/financier ou une expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez une expérience avérée en tant que spécialiste du secteur financier, de préférence dans une fonction d'encadrement.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et vous pouvez aborder des concepts financiers complexes de manière claire et compréhensible, et ce tant en néerlandais qu'en français.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les logiciels comptables, Office 365, etc...
- Vous avez une approche de coaching et vous savez comment motiver une équipe, l'encadrer et l'aider à se développer professionnellement.
