Sinds 2004 is I-care de internationale autoriteit in predictief en prescriptief onderhoud. Wij meten, analyseren en optimaliseren de onderhoudsactiviteiten van onze industriële klanten. En hierin zijn we de grootste in Europa, zoniet in de wereld. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in België en meer dan 26 vestigingen in Europa, de VS en Azië staan ruim 800 technicians en engineers onze klanten dagelijks bij in het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid van hun machinepark, om verliezen en ongeplande stilstanden te voorkomen, om duurzamer te produceren en kosten te verlagen.

En om deze groei te ondersteunen, hebben wij momenteel een openstaande vacature van Invoicing & Administration Specialist, voor ons kantoor in Kontich. (Mechelen Noord vanaf 1/06/2024)

Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende rol in een dynamische omgeving? Wij zijn op zoek naar een administratieve professional om ons team te versterken. Als administratieve kracht ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken binnen ons bedrijf, waarbij je fungeert als centrale spil voor onze serviceafdeling. Je zal je voornamelijk bezighouden met de administratieve verwerking van uitgevoerde interventies.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

- Beheer van de algemene mailbox
- Aanmaken van projecten en toewijzen van taken in ons bedrijfseigen softwarepakket
- Nauwgezet volgen van projecten en geregistreerde werkuren
- Proactief escaleren van projecten met langdurige duur
- Facturatie
- en debiteurenbeheer
- Bestellen van kantoorbenodigdheden

Denk je de perfecte match te zijn?
- Je hebt aanzienlijke ervaring in een administratieve rol, bij voorkeur binnen een technische omgeving
- Facturatie en debiteurenbeheer zijn voor jou bekende terreinen
- Je bent zowel een teamspeler als autonoom in je werk
- Prioriteiten stellen is voor jou geen probleem
- Klantcontacten zijn voor jou een bron van energie
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en hands-on
- Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels, kennis van Frans is een grote troef
