**Global Technical Expert - Feeder**
**Functieomschrijving**:
De Global Technical Expert Feeder zal verantwoordelijk zijn als technisch expert voor feeder (voor alle CNH maaidorsers: conventioneel, hybride & roterend).
Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitvoering/configuraties en functionele prestaties van het feederpakket inclusief de structuur (dragen van de hea
- der). Hij/zij werkt niet alleen aan nieuwe concepten in samenwerking met innovatie, maar ondersteunt ook huidige platforms. Betrouwbaarheid en duurzaam
- heid van de feedercomponenten vallen ook onder de verantwoordelijkheid.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Verantwoordelijk voor de ontwerpuitgangspunten van feeder. Vertaalt de programma-eisen in ontwerpaannames/technische specificaties.
- Ondersteunt de design engineers bij ontwerp-, layout
- en tekenactiviteiten met betrekking tot feeder.
- Bepaalt met het team de functionele lay-out en is verantwoordelijk voor de functionaliteit van de concepten
- Is in staat om functionele capaciteiten van huidige & nieuwe concepten te voorspellen op basis van CNH industriële ontwerpen en concurrentie.
- Is verantwoordelijk voor de functionaliteit en kwaliteit van het ontwerp of is technisch verantwoordelijk voor de tekeningen/modellen die worden vrijge
- geven voor productie.
- Verantwoordelijk voor functionele/technische ondersteuning aan productie, service, marketing,... op feeder.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de TRL (Technology Readiness Level) van feeder.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de technische roadmap. Inclusief in kaart brengen van systemen, overeenkomsten tussen systemen en platforms, status van vandaag, samenvatting van eerdere ontwikkelingen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor goede documentatie.
- Verantwoordelijk voor training roll outs in gehele PE.
- Ondersteunt de platforms voor huidige en nieuwe producten, kwaliteitsverbetering, kostenbesparingen, CPI-ontwerp en ondersteuning bij het oplossen van productieproblemen met betrekking tot feeder.
- Identificeert en verzamelt informatie die relevant is voor technische berekeningen om ontwerp-/functionele problemen te analyseren en op te lossen. Is in staat om basisberekeningen uit te voeren om te begrijpen of voorgestelde wijzigingen effectief zullen zijn.
- Effectief samenwerken met een multifunctioneel team aan complexe problemen.
- Effectief (wereldwijd) communiceren over problemen/ideeën/concepten en oplossingen.
- Effectief samenwerken met de analyse
- en validatieteams bij de ontwikkeling van validatieplannen.
- Effectief samenwerken met het gewasstroom simulatieteam
- Effectief samenwerken met Supplier Quality/Manufacturing om ervoor te zorgen dat ontwerpen efficiënt zijn voor productie en kunnen voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen.
- Moet zeer nauw samenwerken met het header-team.
- Deze functie betaalt $ tot $ de werkelijke salarissen variëren en zijn gebaseerd op verschillende factoren, zoals vaardigheden, ervaring en kwalificaties voor de functie).
- Bepalen van functionele concepten/configuraties van feeder.
- Bepaal de TRL van een subsysteem van feeder.
- Bevestig de sterkte van het frame.
- Input leveren voor besturingslogica voor bijv. front op afstand, lateraal kantelen, hefcilinders (HHC).
- Bepaal de impactparameters op doorvoer, energieverbruik, graanschade, terugvoer, lawaai.

**Gewenst profiel**:
**De gekwalificeerde kandidaat heeft**:

- Masterdiploma in werktuigbouwkunde, civiele techniek of landbouwtechniek en meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in het oogsten van gewassen of in andere technische activiteiten waarbij gewassen worden verwerkt OF een bachelor diploma in werktuigbouwkunde, civiele techniek of landbouwtechniek en meer dan 7 jaar ervaring in het oogsten van gewassen of in andere technische activiteiten waarbij gewassen worden verwerkt.

**De ideale kandidaat heeft**:

- Agronomische vaardigheden/achtergrond
- Bekendheid met Creo, FMEA, DOE, EDEM, FEA, Pugh Concept selectie en testprocedures is wenselijk.
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om in teamverband te werken.
- Moet beschikbaar zijn om te reizen naar testlocaties in het veld (wereldwijd) zoals vereist (20% of meer).
