Een duurzamere samenleving, dat is waar AG voor wil gaan. Die ambitie realiseren vraagt om concrete acties, daarom zijn we binnen **Sustainability Office** op zoek naar een **Sustainability Manager**. Je hebt een passie voor duurzaamheid en je wil graag mee de duurzaamheidsstrategie en -initiatieven van AG verder ontwikkelen en implementeren om zo te bouwen aan een duurzame toekomst.

**Dit is jouw topjob**
- Je ontwikkelt de **strategie **van AG op het vlak van duurzaamheid en speelt een cruciale rol in de **implementatie **van duurzaamheid binnen AG, door samen met de business lines en centrale diensten de ambities verder uit te bouwen en ook in de praktijk te gaan implementeren.
- Je zoekt naar **oplossingen** voor de duurzaamheidsuitdagingen waarmee we geconfronteerd worden binnen de verschillende domeinen: als verzekeraar, als investeerder, als werkgever en als verantwoorde onderneming. Je trekt projecten om oplossingen in de praktijk om te zetten.
- Je **verankert** duurzaamheid in onze dagelijkse activiteiten door het te integreren in al onze huidige en toekomstige projecten.
- Je **rapporteert** over de initiatieven en ambities aan het Sustainability Committee en het Management Committee.
- Onze **kennis en expertise** in het domein van sustainability maak je beschikbaar voor het hele bedrijf (oa door opleidingen of info sessies te geven).
- Je biedt ondersteuning in de implementatie van CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), de rapporteringsvereisten inzake duurzaamheid waaraan AG vanaf 2025 moet voldoen.
