Voor zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega die certificatie hoog in vaandel draagt om ons land minder kwetsbaar te maken op het vlak van cyberveiligheid. Het Centrum voor Cybersecurity België, in zijn rol als Nationale Cyberbeveiligingscertificeringsautoriteit , zal de nationale positie rond Cybersecuritycertificatie vertegenwoordigen op EU-niveau (1), instaan voor high assurance-certificatie en voor specifieke certificatieregelingen in ons land (2), en verantwoordelijk zijn voor de algemene supervisie op de werking van dit kader in België (3). Het CCB coördineert haar taken en zal hierbij samenwerken met de andere bevoegde autoriteiten via een nationale overleggroep.
De Inspector Certification Officer speelt een belangrijke rol in de uitvoering van en het toezicht op de Europese verordening over cybersecuritycertificering van producten en diensten (CSA Act). Je controleert de normenkaders en vertegenwoordigt het op nationaal en internationaal niveau.
De Inspector Certification Officer is een betrouwbaar, objectief en stressbestendig persoon die nauwkeurig werkt. Je bent in staat om in teamverband te werken en kan zich aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden en uiteenlopende situaties.
De Inspector Certification Officer heeft volgende taken:
Expert zijn op een of meer gebieden van cyberbeveiligingscertificering: de technische en accreditatienormen op nationaal, Europees en internationaal niveau opvolgen (ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27);het CCB vertegenwoordigen in nationale en internationale technische groepen. Als deskundige inspecteur fungeren binnen het inspectieteam: in staat zijn om audits te volgen en te controleren;toezicht houden op de naleving van de voor fabrikanten of leveranciers die een zelfevaluatie van naleving uitvoeren;leveranciers/fabrikanten van ICT-producten, -diensten en -processen inspecteren;onderzoek in de vorm van audits voeren naar conformiteitsbeoordelingsinstanties, houders van Europese cyberbeveiligingscertificaten en uitgevers van EU-conformiteitsverklaringen om hun naleving van deze titel te verifiëren;bijdragen aan de behandeling van klachten en beroepen (cf. );samenwerken met andere NCCA's door informatie over non-conformiteit uit te wisselen. Het NCCA-team bijstaan in zijn dagelijkse activiteiten (met uitzondering van taken met betrekking tot de afgifte van certificaten): aanbevelingen opstellen op basis van de instructies en vergaderverslagen;actief deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van het kwaliteitssysteem;voorbereiden van en deelnemen aan de uitvoering van de vijfjaarlijkse EU-;de Inspector Certification Expert ondersteunen bij de opmaak van het jaarverslag van de activiteiten aan (European Union Agency for Cybersecurity) en ECCG (European Cybersecurity Certification Group);communiceren met stakeholders over de certificering. Ondersteunen en assisteren van de Belgische accreditatie-instelling (): antwoorden voorbereiden op CSA-vragen, waaronder de definitie van certificeringsnormen onder de ;als bevoegde autoriteit deelnemen aan BELAC-accreditatieaudits.Profielomschrijving
Je bent in het bezit van een master- of bachelordiploma in IT, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent bij voorkeur tweetalig (Nederlands, Frans) of je beschikt over voldoende kennis van het Frans om probleemloos deel te nemen aan vergaderingen met andere specialisten en/of vertegenwoordigers van de eindgebruikers. Een grondige kennis van technisch Engels is onontbeerlijk. Je hebt bewezen vakkennis informatiebeveiliging, cloud- en cybersecurity & IT security. Je hebt minstens 3 jaar bewezen ervaring met inspectie of audit. Je hebt kennis van ISO27001 en relevante standaarden. Je hebt bewezen kennis van ISO17021, ISO17025 en ISO17065.Wij bieden
