**Project Manager Security**
ASTRID est un réseau innovant à haute technologie pour la transmission vocale et de données. La radiocommunication du réseau ASTRID est spécialement destinée à tous les services de secours et de sécurité en facilitant leur collaboration mutuelle.
Le réseau ASTRID permet aux services de police, d'incendie et de secours de communiquer rapidement et en toute sécurité. Dans chaque province, le réseau numérique est complété d'un dispatching intégré.
ASTRID est une société anonyme de droit public, une initiative du gouvernement fédéral. ASTRID souhaite renforcer son équipe centrale de Bruxelles et est aujourd'hui à la recherche de gens enthousiastes (M/F).
**La Fonction**
- Vous intégrez l'équipe « IT Platforms & Security », avec laquelle vous serez responsable de la définition et de l'implémentation des exigences de sécurité pour les nouveaux projets et systèmes IT dans l'infrastructure ASTRID. Vous assumez le rôle de « Domain (Technology) Owner ».
- Vous êtes responsable de la traduction de la politique de sécurité en mesures, procédures et instructions concrètes qui concernent tant les environnements informatiques physiques (on-prem infrastructure) d'ASTRID que ses environnements virtuels (cloud privé et publique).
- Vous veillez à la qualité des services prestés dans un contexte « Managed Services ». D'une part plus spécifiquement dans le cadre d'un service CyberSOC, d'autre part de façon plus générale par rapport à d'autres intégrateurs et fournisseurs externes.
- Vous évaluez et validez les recommandations techniques de prestataires de service existants dans le cadre d'une approche orientée ITIL. Vous participez de manière active à la définition, et ensuite à l'évaluation, de spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles liées à la sécurité IT dans le cadre des marchés publics.
- Vous participez de manière active à tous les projets IT.
- Vous rapportez au Team Leader IT Platforms & Security, cette équipe faisant partie du département Customer Services and Operations.
**Votre Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier (au minimum) en Information Technology, (Cyber) Information Security, Intelligence and Security Management ou équivalent.
- Vous avez suffisamment d'expérience pertinente dans la gestion d'intégrateurs externes dans un contexte « Managed Services ». Une expérience avec les fournisseurs de services CyberSOC constitue un atout indéniable.
- Connaissance pratique d'un ou de plusieurs standards de gestion de projet (PMBOK, PRINCE2 ou AgilePM) dans un rôle de Project Manager.
- Vous êtes résistant au stress et vous disposez de bonnes aptitudes en matière de communication et de collaboration permettant une communication effective avec différentes parties prenantes (collègues, intégrateurs, fournisseurs, clients,).
- Vous avez le sens de l'initiative et vous êtes prêt à élargir en permanence votre connaissance technique et à vous tenir au courant des nouveaux risques, tendances et solutions en matière de sécurité.
- Vous êtes orienté vers le client et vous faites preuve d'empathie.
- La méthodologie ITIL vous est familière.
- La connaissance du néerlandais comme deuxième langue est nécessaire, et vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance de l'anglais technique.
