Within the Cyber Security department, you'll work at the heart of the bank's security within the Strategy and Delivery team. They spearhead critical functions, such as:
● Shaping the BNP Paribas Fortis cyber security strategy for the next 1-3 years.
● Translating this strategy into a prioritized portfolio of projects, enhancements and studies.
● Keeping vigilant oversight of the purpose, value, status and plans for all portfolio items, managing cross-item dependencies for collective business success.
● Taking on roles as a Delivery/Project manager or providing support to Cyber Security teams.
As our Project/Delivery Manager, you will:
● Dive into security requirements in collaboration with security architects.
● Craft high-level roadmaps, including macro-budgets for seamless execution.
● Proactively pinpoint issues and risks, leveraging your project/capability knowledge and understanding of dependencies.
● Regularly connect with senior management, tackling topics across functions, departments and entities.
● Expertly package aggregated stakeholder input into a concise, high-quality communication piece ready for senior management sharing.

● You thrive on being accountable, identifying risks early, and delivering value.
● You're skilled at overcoming setbacks and finding solutions.
● You're a proven leader in executing successful cyber security initiatives in the dynamic cyber security landscape.
