Jouw taken :
Je staat in voor werving en selectie van arbeiders
- Je schrijft vacatureteksten uit
- Je houdt contacten met uitzendkantoren
- Je regelt sollicitatiegesprekken
Je zorgt voor ondersteuning bij de loonsverwerking
- Je leest het tijdsregistratiesysteem uit
- Je doet het voorbereidend werk en stuurt de info door naar de sociale secretariaten
- Je houdt contact met het sociaal secretariaat
Je voert allerhande administratieve taken uit
- Je maakt badgen aan voor nieuwe medewerkers
- Je registreert alle acties in het personeelsinformatiesysteem (nieuwe medewerkers, uitstroom, absenties )
- Je verzorgt allerhande correspondentie ikv personeelszaken
Je werkt nauw samen met jouw HR collega's, sociaal secretariaat, uitzendkantoren
Je rapporteert aan de HR manager
Jouw uurrooster :
Je werkt 3/5e of 4/5e in daguren (vrije dag op woensdag is niet mogelijk)
Profiel Jouw profiel :
Je bent in het bezit van en bachelor diploma
Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring op een personeelsdienst achter de rug
Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en kan een gesprek voeren in het Frans
Je denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit Aanbod Aanbod :
