About the role:
Our client is a leading brand in e-commerce and consumer electronics looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Public Relations Assistant.
In this role you will be able to make a real impact on both internal and external communication for a global brand.
What you will be doing:
Proofreading internal and external communication (social media, videos, newsletters, articles)
Proofreading press releases.
Briefing agencies and elaborate you network of journalists and deal with inquiries.
Support in the execution of PR campaigns, you will take the lead when necessary.
Keep track of internal and external calendars (cultural days )
Organize PR material (filing)
Maintaining the PR database, documenting media coverage, and tracking PR metrics.
When needed you will go to events alone, with the PR manager, or with the support of and agency.
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions.
Edit presentations when needed.
What you bring:
2 years of PR experience (agency experience is a plus).
A good understanding of PR and marketing concepts and practices
Organised and can handle different projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Dutch
You have an eye for details
