De Imagix Group is een Belgische bioscooporganisatie met cinemacomplexen in Doornik, Mons en Huy. Ze beschikken over meer dan dertig filmzalen die uitgerust zijn met de laatste technologische innovaties: dit met als doel om een zo een gedenkwaardige film-experience mogelijk te creëren. De bedrijfscultuur kan je omschrijven als proactief ondernemend en outside-of-the-box denkend.

Dit is een markt die continu in beweging is waarbij de CEO van Imagix blijft uitkijken naar nieuwe projecten en vernieuwingen. Hierdoor zijn we op zoek naar een Procurement Manager om ook dit te vernieuwen.

Jobinhoud

Als Procurement Manager word je een belangrijke schakel in de gehele Imagix Group: je bent nl. verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aankoop van food & beverages, wat na tickets de belangrijkste inkomst is van Imagix.

Dankzij je professionele flair ben je de geknipte persoon om niet alleen met collega's maar ook met leveranciers samen te werken: dit gaat van onderhandelingen tot een continue goede zakenrelatie opbouwen en onderhouden.

Daarnaast ben je ook dé persoon om het automatische aankoopsysteem verder te optimaliseren: je spoort (menselijke) fouten op in het recent geïmplementeerde ERP-systeem en stuurt deze bij. Je bent m.a.w. iemand die ook ellebogen heeft om dit goed aan de man te brengen.

Na het afronden van dit implementatieproject krijg je er ook nog een andere grote verantwoordelijkheid bij, nl. de aankoop van alle producten te maken met vervangingsinvesteringen: scanningssystemen, nieuwe cinemazetels, cinemaprojectors, trendy interieur, allerhande software (projectie, satellietverbindingen,...). Iedere purchase van de gehele Imagix Group wordt dus door jou geregeld.

Ook het ondernemende mag hier niet onderschat worden: pingpongen met de CEO over nieuwe ideeën is iets wat zeker aangemoedigd wordt

Je past uitgebreide organisatorische vaardigheden en kennis toe als individu, maar ook als integraal onderdeel van de volledige organisatie.

Profiel
  • Een relevante opleiding (Handelsingenieur, TEW,)
  • Een extra management-opleiding (Vlerick, Solvay,...) is een zeer mooie plus.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is ook een mooie extra.
  • Je excelleert in MS Excel en leert snel nieuwe software programma's aan.
  • Je bent een echte miss/mister Structure, maar kan ook flexibel omgaan met prioriteiten.
  • Je bent proactief en anticipeert op mogelijke belemmeringen; je zoekt naar accurate oplossingen waar nodig.
  • Je bent een zeer communicatief persoon die zijn/haar mannetje kan staan in het Nederlands en Frans.
