Om ons departement Legal & Regulations te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Legal Operations Manager.

Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:

- Jouw einddoel is om aan de hand van processen, systemen en tools, ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen binnen het team op een efficiënte en effectieve manier kan focussen op taken die waarde toevoegen voor de (interne) klant;
- Op basis van door jou uitgevoerde data-analyse en geïdentificeerde klantenbehoeftes, definieer je initiatieven om processen op te maken of verbeteringen door te voeren;
- Je zet geïdentificeerde opportuniteiten om in praktische plannen en neemt alle stakeholders (cross-departementeel) op sleeptouw om deze door te voeren. Je behoudt hierbij te allen tijde het overzicht (helikopterview) en kan tegelijk schakelen naar het detailniveau;
- Als Single Point of Contact voor het team, word je betrokken in alle procesgerelateerde projecten die het Legal departement aanbelangen;
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor het gebruik alsook de optimale werking van supporterende tools binnen het team, inclusief training;
- Als people manager stuur en coach je het contract management team (6 VTE) en sta je garant voor een optimale werking van het contract lifecycle management proces;
- Je zet jouw financiële kennis in als verantwoordelijke voor het budgetbeheer van het team (opmaak, opvolging, forecasts). Daarnaast onderhoudt je relaties met externe partners die het team supporteren d.m.v. adviezen en/of tools (advocaten, ALSP's en anderen).

Wat jou onderscheidt:

- Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Procesgericht denken zit in jouw bloed. Je kan op basis van data-analyse verbeteringen identificeren, omzetten naar processen en deze vertalen naar praktische richtlijnen om efficiëntiewinsten te realiseren;
- Uitmuntende projectmanagement vaardigheden;
- Je blinkt uit in overtuigen en motiveren van anderen om vooropgestelde veranderingen te realiseren en hebt ervaring in het direct aansturen van een team;
- Je bent tech savvy en kunt gemakkelijk omgaan met technologieën en andere tools die voorhanden zijn.
- Affiniteit met de werking van een juridisch departement is een plus
