Optimaliseren van de verkoop en realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen / KPI's;
Beleid doorvoeren vanuit hoger management;
Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor verkoopkwaliteit, winkels, inventaris, begroting en service;
Personeelsmanagement op het gebied van verzuim, ontwikkeling, functioneren, aanname en maken van planningen/roosters;
Voorstellen en implementeren van een verkoopstrategie in het hele winkelnetwerk om het juiste niveau van klantenservice te bereiken en het imago van het bedrijf te behouden.

Monitoren van bedrijfs-KPI's en klanttevredenheid en teams stimuleren om kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve doelstellingen te behalen.

Op basis van kennis van de lokale economie en het bedrijfsleven, een passend ontwikkelingsplan voorstellen en uitvoeren.

Bachelor werk
- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld verkregen in een opleiding in de richting van Small Business & Retailmanagement, Bedrijfseconomie of Commerciële economie.

Enkele jaren werkervaring binnen het Retail landschap van België.
**Aantoonbare leidinggevende werkervaring in een consumenten omgeving (B2C)**

Ervaring met leidinggeven op afstand is een grote pré; Kennis van E-Bike wereld is een PLUS
Een winnaarsmentaliteit die een uitdaging niet uit de weggaat
