The **Regional Treasury Services Center EMEA (RTSC EMEA) **is a division of J.C. General Services BV which acts as Johnson & Johnson’s in-house bank.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**How you can help**:
We are looking for a manager to join our RTSC EMEA team in Beerse (Belgium).

The RTSC EMEA team is the first point of contact and a strategic cross-sector business partner for more than 300 affiliates located across 44 countries with respect to treasury operations such as cash management, bank relations, foreign currency hedging, dividend repatriation, capital structure management, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (M&A&D).

**What you’ll do**:
Together with your team, you will:

- Provide leadership on all aspects of daily cash and liquidity management within the EMEA region by following the financial environment and monitoring global trends to identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions in the different markets.
- Manage the relationship with key banking partners and drive continuous improvements to the affiliate's banking services & cash management structure.
- Partner closely with cross-functional business partners to develop meaningful insights into the affiliate's business model and working capital requirements, and provide guidance on capital structure, dividend repatriation, investment or debt decisions, foreign currency risk, M&A&D activities, etc.
- Partner closely with tax and legal counsel to understand the regulatory environment and restrictions within each market while assessing the impact on existing or potential treasury solutions.
- Lead and ensure the successful implementation of cash management improvements as well as the integration of new entities across EMEA by assessing banking landscape, cash management structure, funding possibilities, foreign currency risk, etc.
- Monitor compliance with J&J Treasury policies and drive improvements to processes or key controls where needed.
- Lead the recruitment and development of your team by setting objectives, mentoring and leading the performance evaluation and succession planning process.

- You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant business (partnering) experience. Treasury experience is an asset but not required.
- You possess validated leadership skills, combined with excellent communication and influencing skills.

- You are a team player and have the ability to build trust amongst senior business leaders, direct reports and other cross-functional business partners.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are confident in changing environments and able to adapt to change.
- You are fluent in English - written and spoken.
