**Description de l'entreprise
**La Fédération des Services Sociaux (FdSS) - Fédération des Services Sociaux Bicommunautaires (FdSSB) fédère et représente des services sociaux associatifs en Wallonie et à Bruxelles.

Pour soutenir les acteurs sociaux de terrain, elle développe des projets, des formations et une expertise, en particulier dans les domaines du droit à l'alimentation, à l'eau et à l'énergie. Elle contribue également à la réflexion en matière de travail social et de politique sociale via ses projets de recherche-action.

À partir de ces analyses et en collaboration avec les travailleurs sociaux, elle interpelle et formule des recommandations à l'attention des pouvoirs publics et des acteurs administratifs et associatifs.

L'équipe IT de la FdSS est en charge de la maintenance du parc informatique, de la gestion du réseau sous Microsoft 365 ainsi que du support auprès d'environ 80 travailleurs.

Nous cherchons une personne pour renforcer l'équipe.

**Description de la fonction
**Fonction**:

- Support auprès des utilisateurs
- Installation et maintenance du parc informatique (ordinateurs, logiciels, imprimantes, appareils mobiles, etc.)
- Administration de l'environnement Microsoft 365 (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
- Servir d'intermédiaire entre les membres de l'équipe et le service IT externe.
- Suivre les dépenses du service et gérer les achats du matériel

**Description du profil
**Profil et compétences**:

- Niveau CESS avec une expérience probante en informatique
- Être obligatoirement dans les conditions ACS
- Très bonne connaissance de Windows et de la suite Office
- Capacité à installer et configurer des ordinateurs et des imprimantes
- Connaissances de base en gestion d'un réseau et d'un Active Directory
- Connaissance au minimum passive (lecture, écriture) de l'anglais technique
- Capacité d'écoute et d'expression claire et adaptée
- Autonome et volonté de s'insérer dans une équipe
- Sens de l'organisation du travail, des priorités
- Intérêt pour l'autoformation et la veille technologique
