Safety Health Environment and Quality Specialist

Prima LNG is een snelgroeiende en ambitieuze Business Unit binnen SHV Energy die best-in-class supply chain-oplossingen biedt aan haar klanten in Europa. Als SHEQ-specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een operationeel plan, in overeenstemming met de wetgeving en het SHV
Energy-beleid, dat zich richt op de implementatie, monitoring en verbetering van het Health and Safety
- beleid om risico's te mínimaliseren en de kwaliteit te maximaliseren. Je werkt nauw samen met het
Management Team en bent voorzitter van de Prima LNG Safety Committee. Als SHEQ Specialist rapporteer je aan de General Manager.

Met 10 landen waarin PrimaLNG installaties heeft en bouwt, zal de SHEQ specialist ook met enige regelmaat reizen naar verschillende locaties voor safety-audits en inspecties.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van veiligheidsactiviteiten, -voorschriften, -procedures, -instructies, - richtlijnen en het bewustzijn bevorderen onder de PrimaLNG werknemers en de transportbedrijven waarmee zij samenwerken.
- **Audit, Inspectie en Onderzoek**:uitvoeren en coördineren van audits, inspecties en onderzoeken

(bijv. transportbedrijven, installatiebedrijven, fabrikanten van apparatuur). Initiëren en realiseren van corrigerende acties bij afwijkingen.
- **Rapportage**: Beheren, implementeren, onderhouden en verbeteren van het lokale SHEQ- rapportagesysteem in overeenstemming met SHV Energy-beleid en -procedures, relevante wetgeving, (certificerings)normen en klanteisen.
- **Klachten
- en crisismanagement**: Uitvoeren van alle activiteiten met betrekking tot klachten (d.w.z. oorzaakanalyse, registratie en opvolging) en coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen de eigen organisatie-eenheid(en) bij mogelijke crises.
- **Training**: Plannen, coördineren en (gedeeltelijk) uitvoeren van SHEQ-gerelateerde trainingen voor onze leveranciers, medewerkers en business units.
- **Beleid en procedures**: Bijdragen aan de formulering en implementatie van een SHEQ-beleid door behoeften, trends en kansen te identificeren. Opzetten en bewaken van Safe System of Work
- procedures; Standaardwerkprocedures, werkvergunningsysteem en veilige werkinstructies voor taken wanneer en wanneer dat nodig is.
- **Advies**: beveelt wijzigingen aan in SHEQ-beleid, processen, standaarden en praktijken om de organisatie beter te ondersteunen.

- **Communicatie en Stakeholdermanagement**:Communiceer het SHEQ-beleid aan de werknemers, leveranciers en business units in de taal en op de manier die van toepassing is op het betreffende land. Bouw en onderhoud een netwerk van relevante belanghebbenden / partners en zorg voor betrokkenheid en communicatie met betrekking tot de SHEQ-doelstellingen van SHV Energy.

- **Expertise en technologie toepassen**: past specialistische en gedetailleerde technische expertise toe. Ontwikkelt werkkennis en -expertise door voortdurende professionele ontwikkeling. Deelt expertise en kennis met anderen. Toont inzicht in de verschillende afdelingen en functies van de organisatie.
- **Analyseren**: analyseert numerieke gegevens, verbale gegevens en alle andere informatiebronnen.

Breekt informatie op in samenstellende delen, patronen en relaties. Maakt rationele oordelen op basis van de beschikbare informatie en analyse.
- **Informatie presenteren en communiceren**: Spreekt duidelijk en vloeiend. Maakt presentaties en traint met vaardigheid en vertrouwen. Projecteert geloofwaardigheid.
- **Volgen van instructies en procedures**:Volgt de SHEQ-instructies van het beleid correct op. Voldoet aan wettelijke verplichtingen en veiligheidseisen van de functie
- **Schrijven en rapporteren**:schrijft duidelijk, beknopt en correct. Vermijdt onnodig gebruik van jargon of ingewikkeld taalgebruik. Schrijft goed gestructureerd en logisch.

Positie vereisten
- Diploma hoger onderwijs in een technische richting
- ATEX, PHA, HAZID/HAZOP, LOPA etc. kennis en ervaring
- Vloeiend in Engels en een andere Europese taal (bij voorkeur Frans, Spaans of Italiaans)
- Bij voorkeur begrip van cryogene oplossingen en techniek
- Nebosh gecertificeerd of gelijkwaardig
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring
- Ervaring met het implementeren van gezondheid en veiligheid in een technische, industriële omgeving
