- One Customer Service Trilingual Dutch / French / English for the Benelux market
- One Customer Service German for the DACH market
- One Customer Service Spanish / Italian for the Southern market
Job Description:
As Customer Service you will have following responsibilities:
- You create the orders
- You are in continuous contact with Sales and Logistics departments to make sure orders are correct and delivered on time
- You answer client queries and complaints
- You analyse client requests
- You check stock
