Proactively promoting all the options open to them, as well as being on hand to answer any

questions about our hotels and services, you'll make sure they know about everything they could

wish for - and more. You'll help create the warmest welcomes and most memorable visits that keep

them coming back again and again.

What you'll do

What you'll do

  • Prepare salesrelated documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally
  • Be a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services
  • Perform general office duties to support Events sales and planning
  • Oversee all planning details for events and maintain and input groups information in the reservations system
  • Develop and follow checklist/itinerary
  • Serve as liaison and contact person for coordinating details of events with clients, meeting planners, outside vendors, and others involved in events
  • Design, confirm, and communicate room layouts and setup requirements for special events
  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases
  • Transmit information or documents as needed to the operations departments for execution of events
