Learning & Development Officer

What will you be doing?:
Ter versterking van het Learning & Development team (BDO Academy) zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste, gedreven en nauwkeurige Learning & Development Officer.

Het Academy team biedt ondersteuning en trainingen aan voor meer dan 900 collega's. Je zal terecht komen in een team van 3 medewerkers waarin ondernemerschap en gedrevenheid centraal staan. Daarnaast maak je ook deel uit van het volledige HR-team bestaande uit 25 personen en kan je ook gebruik maken van de inhouse kennis van onze Strategy & Transformation collega's.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor
- Het administratief en praktisch ondersteunen van onze collega's bij diverse leeractiviteiten, dit houdt o.a. het volgende in
- het up-to-date houden van diverse informatiekanalen en tools (LMS, service portal,...)
- het beantwoorden van allerlei vragen en aanvragen als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met opleidingen binnen BDO;
- het uitwerken van communicaties ivm het uitnodigen en opvolgen van medewerkers;
- **De administratieve verwerking van diverse documenten en gegevens**:

- het met zorg opvolgen van evaluatieformulieren en aanwezigheidslijsten;
- **het voorbereiden van documenten en rapportages in functie van het behouden van diverse accreditaties;**:

- **het verifi
- ren van facturen;**
- Het opvolgen van jaarplanning, interne en externe opleidingen evenals de praktische ondersteuning (maken van afspraken, onthaal online en offline, contact externe partners,...)

Bij BDO kan je flexibel werken: vanuit een BDO kantoor naar keuze, van thuis uit of occasioneel zal je je moeten verplaatsen naar ons hoofdkantoor voor een teammeeting of andere locatie om een training of event bij te wonen.

What do you bring to the table?:

- Je hebt een relevante opleiding gevolgd (bv. Bachelor in Office Management) of relevante ervaring opgedaan;
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel, Word en Powerpoint;
- Je kan je snel inwerken in het gebruik van verschillende applicaties;
- Interesse in de wereld van Learning & Development en financiële dienstverlening;
- Je bent uitstekend drietalig (NL/FR/EN) en bezit over sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent iemand die kritisch durft na te denken, die houdt van het optimaliseren en efficiënter maken van allerlei processen, documenten en communicaties en die zelf structuur kan brengen in het werk;
- Je beschikt over een sterke motivatie met een servicegerichte en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid.
