Samen met onze klant, expert in infrastructuurtechnieken, gaan we op zoek naar een Project Manager (Major Projects infrastructuur) die graag zijn technische expertise inzet en het centrale aanspreekpunt is voor alles wat elektromechanica is op de grootste werven van België in de wegenisinfrastructuur.

Reken daarnaast op een uitdagend takenpakket:

  • Bij de opstart van complexe lange termijnwerven sluit je aan op het overleg met de verschillende stakeholders en bouwpartners van het consortium: enerzijds om het mogelijk te maken dat de infrastructuurwerken kunnen starten, anderzijds ben je in de opstartfase ook de belangrijke link tussen het ontwerpteam en het uitvoeringsteam dat onder je verantwoordelijkheid valt.
  • Je volgt de ontwikkeling van de studie nauw op en geeft kritische opmerkingen om de technische uitvoerbaarheid en economische efficiëntie te bewaken.
  • Na de studiefase start je de effectieve uitvoering op, je waakt erover dat er voldoende resources beschikbaar zijn om de algemene werfplanning te kunnen volgen.
  • Na een intensieve bouwfase draag je de installatie over aan onze teams onderhoud.
Profiel

Wat verwachten we precies van jou?

  • Je hebt een opleiding als ingenieur achter de rug (burgerlijk of industrieel) en een significante werkervaring.
  • Je bent een uitstekende coördinator, zo kun je de verschillende stakeholders binnen een consortium vlekkeloos laten samenwerken.
  • Communiceren zit in je natuur, zo wordt bijvoorbeeld het Verkeerscentrum/Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer een vaste gesprekspartner tijdens het volledige verloop van het project.
  • Als projectmanager major projects ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor een team dat bestaat uit een combinatie van verschillende werf- en projectleiders en medewerkers projectadministratie. Jij kan ervoor zorgen dat deze mensen zich gesteund en gewaardeerd voelen.
  • Deadlines horen vanzelfsprekend bij de job, je ziet hierin vooral een uitdaging en gaat tot het uiterste om deze, samen met je team, te behalen.
  • Je engagement op de werf is van groot belang om nauw betrokken te zijn bij wat er reilt en zeilt. De installaties waaraan je meewerkt worden dagelijks gezien en gebruikt door duizenden bestuurders. Gezien de gemiddelde bouwfase van 5 à 10 jaar, zijn we dus op zoek naar iemand met een langetermijnengagement.
