**Wat doe je als Project Specialist R&D**
In deze boeiende functie ben je een essentiële schakel binnen het innovatieteam. Dit team is permanent in de weer met de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten en de verbetering van het bestaande productenportfolio. Toekomstige brandwerende, inbraakwerende, akoestische en zelfs kogelwerende raam
- en deurgehelen zullen door jouw handen gaan. Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond en passie voor innoveren word je hét technisch aanspreekpunt binnen innovatie. Je groeit uit tot de expert in de normeringen van het technische schrijnwerk. Je bestudeert de normen in detail en past deze toe in je ontwerpen. Op basis van de resultaten van de real-life brandtesten, inbraaktesten en akoestische testen ben jij de auteur van de certificaties. Je bent een teamspeler en werkt nauw samen met je collega's van innovatie, productie en projectleiding.
**In deze centrale kennis rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:
- Het ontwikkelen en technisch uitwerken van nieuwe producten
- het opbouwen van een diepgaande kennis in de normering van technisch schrijnwerk
- de voorbereiding voor interne en externe proeven
- het opstellen van nieuwe certificeringsdossiers
- het aftoetsen van de huidige certificaten met de vigerende normen
- de opmaak van technische goedkeuringen
- de technische ondersteuning van grote projectdossiers
**Gewenste profiel**
- Je hebt een passie voor ontwikkeling
- Je geniet een opleiding als ingenieur/productontwikkeling/bachelor en hebt al meerdere jaren ervaring
- Je hebt technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht en houdt ervan om alles tot in detail uit te zoeken
- Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt alle nodige initiatief om je dossiers binnen de overeengekomen planning af te werken
- Je bent efficiënt en nauwkeurig
- Kennis van 3D en Autocad (2D), Solidworks en/of Inventor is een meerwaarde
- Dankzij jouw positieve ingesteldheid komen jouw collega's graag naar jou toe voor technische ondersteuning
