real estate sector.
As
Valuation Analyst you will be
responsible for:
- Undertaking valuation assignments, conducting inspections, and preparing valuation reports;
- Providing strategic advice to a wide variety of clients and becoming a trusted advisor;
- Delivering client excellence through timely and effective solutions;
- Building up contacts to develop new business opportunities.
The required
profile for the
Valuation Analyst position:
- You have a degree in engineering, finance, economics or real estate;
- You have a first work experience, ideally in the Real Estate industry;
- You have strong computer skills (Excel and Word);
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to think outside the box;
- You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player, but also able to work independently;
- You have strong attention to detail;
- You have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently;
- You have good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus;
- Above all, you have a positive and friendly personality.
