**Description du poste**:
En tant que Strategy Officer, vous participez à l'élaboration de la vision long terme de l'entreprise ainsi que de sa déclinaison en plans permettant d'atteindre les objectifs stratégiques constituant les engagements internes et externes de l'entreprise. Vous assistez le Domain Leader Strategy, la direction générale et le business dans la réalisation des objectifs de la STIB par des analyses et des positionnements stratégiques, par le lead direct sur des chantiers de transformation business, et par l'organisation d'un reporting dynamique de ces engagements. Vous dépendez de la Direction Strategy & Business Transformation qui rapporte directement au General Management.

Concrètement, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Vous coordonnez le développement de stratégies de mobilité au sens large, dont par exemple la co
- modalité, en partenariat avec les acteurs internes et externes, le positionnement de la STIB sur les projets régionaux de développement urbains/transport ou institutionnel, ou encore des projets de partenariats et de business development.
- Vous contribuez à l'élaboration des stratégies d'entreprise telles que qualité, projet, information et données, CSR, performance, excellence opérationnelle
- Vous contribuez à l'élaboration et la rédaction du Contrat de Gestion en veillant à ce que soient définis les objectifs stratégiques à 5 et 10 ans sur base de la vision, des ambitions de l'entreprise, de l'évolution de l'environnement et des lessons learned.
- Vous menez en tant que chef de projet des chantiers de business transformation et de changement, permettant à la STIB d'améliorer sa performance.
- Vous contribuez à l'élaboration du Plan d'Entreprise en vue de réaliser les objectifs du Contrat de Gestion et de transformation de l'entreprise.
- Vous organisez le suivi dynamique et structuré des engagements et objectifs du contrat de gestion (dont un rapport annuel communiqué aux organes de gestion de la STIB, et au Parlement Bruxellois) et du Plan d'Entreprise, afin d'aider le management à atteindre les objectifs qu'il s'est fixé
- Vous êtes en contact régulier avec la Région et y représentez la STIB.

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous disposez d'un Master universitaire à orientation technique et/ou économique ou d'un parcours académique équivalent combinant sciences exactes et business.
- Vous disposez de 3 à 4 années d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction similaire alliant stratégie et proximité avec le management de l'entreprise (stratégie, strategic planning, business transformation, corporate reporting,).
- La connaissance des métiers du Transport Public ou de la mobilité ou la connaissance de métiers comparables comme par exemple l'industrie des services (postes, énergie, logistique,...) est un plus.
- Bon business sense, sens des chiffres, vision stratégique, rigueur d'analyse, esprit critique, esprit de synthèse.
- Capacité de rédiger des « position papers » et des executive summary, ainsi que de présenter et communiquer, à l'attention d'un Comité de Direction.
- Capacité à créer et développer des partenariats solides, tant internes qu'externes.
- Vous êtes bon trilingue français-néerlandais-anglais.
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques de calcul et de présentation (MS-Office : Excel et PowerPoint,).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, flexibilité pour travailler transversalement ou en matriciel, sens du travail en équipe, ouverture aux changements et à la nouveauté, sens des responsabilités et force de proposition, sens tactique et diplomatique, sens de l'organisation, résistance au stress.
- Expérience en facilitation et fédération transversale : programme management, facilitation d'ateliers avec le senior management, workshops, réflexions en groupe
