Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en faciliteren van events van derden in de Belgische stations en bijzondere activiteiten van NMBS in kader van versterkende klantbeleving. Je staat tevens in voor de coördinatie en de goede uitvoering ervan.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Volgende taken maken deel uit van de functie:
- Uitwerken van een visie en nationale strategie voor de organisatie van events door derden in de stations en bepalen van het budget en de bijbehorende salestargets.
- Opmaken en opvolgen van de jaarplanning van events en het beheren van de eventkalender op nationaal niveau.
- Bepalen van de meest adequate eventformules.
- Definiëren van mogelijke eventlocaties binnen de stations.
- Instaan voor prospectie en marktonderzoek, opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met nationale en internationale eventorganisatoren en -organisaties.
- Bepalen van de prijszetting, voeren van de bijbehorende onderhandelingen met de eventorganisator en afsluiten van de contracten.
- Behandelen van inkomende aanvragen voor evenementen door derden.
- Uitvoeren van bezoeken ter plaatse met de eventorganisator, organiseren en coördineren van (voorbereidende) vergaderingen met alle interne en externe stakeholders (organisatoren, steden en gemeenten, Clear Channel, Directies NMBS ) en maken van de nodige interne afspraken.
- Nazien en eventueel laten bijsturen van draaiboeken van de externe organisatoren bij grote evenementen in samenwerking met het Site Management.
- Evalueren van de events en uitvoeren van de nodige bijsturingen met het oog op toekomstige events.
- Aanwezig zijn tijdens de belangrijkste events.
- Bieden van ondersteuning bij de bijzondere activiteiten van NMBS binnen de stations en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe concepten om de klantbeleving te verhogen.
- Opmaken van rapportering m.b.t. aantal aanvragen, contracten, evaluaties, financiële targets en resultaten en desgevallend realiseren van de nodige bijsturingen.

- OF- Beschik je over een bachelor diploma in marketing, event management, communicatie management en hebt minimum 4 jaar relevante ervaring.

- Je bent 'hands-on', stressbestendig en beschikt over een creatief denkvermogen.
- Je bent een team player maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
- Je weet prioriteiten te bepalen en bent flexibel.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf constant bij te scholen.
- Je bent assertief en hebt de nodige communicatieve skills om met de verschillende stakeholders te overleggen.
- Je combineert klantgerichtheid met oplossings
- en resultaatgerichtheid en je hebt zin voor initiatief.
- Je bent in staat een groot aantal projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren en op te volgen.
- Je kan vlot communiceren (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
